Delicious Pizzas, always love bringing the family here, cant get enough, great service and amazing tasting pizza and pastas. Will return and recommend A++

I walked out without buying a pizza... i do not like being told that the price for a 'THE LOT' pizza doesn't include all the toppings mentioned on their written brochure, which according to the owner is not classified as being an overcharge when i questioned why i should be made to pay extra for the prawns, when i have been told by the courteous young man taking my order, it will cost more... even though absolutely no mention that 'the lot' which includes prawns is only added for an extra cost, is on the 7 year old glossy menu brochure.The owner, when i pushed him to show me where it states there is an 'Extras' charge for anything that is included in their descriptions as an included ingredient.... looked at the brochure and said "there it is, says it there"... only to be instructed by me that it stated nothing about extra charges for ingredients at all... to look again and then state that it has been the same for 7 years... no other customers have ever questioned it... and to let me know that just because it states the ingredients are what you would get.... if i don't pay for the ingredient... my issue, and not an over-charging or dishonest description.I disagree. I believe that as a customer, if you have a written menu, for 7 years and have always charged for something is actually included in the price... this is taking advantage of customers... who just pay and cause no fuss.I refuse to reward someone who in my opinion acts dishonestly... and went to the next Pizza shop 100 metres down the road... and got every ingredient that was stated as part of my chosen pizza... in a very clean premises. (I mention the cleanliness because the shop i had issue with had a plastic/vinyl fly-curtain you enter through that i doubt has been cleaned in a very long time... shades of brown and black over the multi-coloured curtain).
